About the role
As a BA, you’d be responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
What you\’ll do as a Business Analyst
You’ll help deliver digital and business change by:
- Understanding business needs and turning them into clear requirements
- Mapping processes, data flows and user journeys
- Supporting updates to websites, with a focus on improving UI/UX
- Working with developers on technical tasks such as API integrations
- Writing user stories for both business and technical teams
- Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Helping identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement
