About the role

As a BA, you’d be responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.

What you\’ll do as a Business Analyst

You’ll help deliver digital and business change by:

  • Understanding business needs and turning them into clear requirements
  • Mapping processes, data flows and user journeys
  • Supporting updates to websites, with a focus on improving UI/UX
  • Working with developers on technical tasks such as API integrations
  • Writing user stories for both business and technical teams
  • Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Helping identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement
