Job Position: Graduate Digital Analyst – via the Graduate Development Programme
Location: Bridgend, Wales
Starting Salary: ÂŁ25,000
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Commuting distance of Bridgend and a desire to remain in the area long-term. Must be able to be on site a minimum of three days a week

Mentoring: Thrive under the guidance of our experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers. They\\\’ll be your go-to, offering support, insights, sharing experiences.
Progression: Starting as an Analyst with the potential to progress into a Lead Analyst after two years, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the programme.

- 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1, especially in a STEM or technical field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
