Role Overview: Working within our Learning and Development department, key areas of responsibility will include designing, delivering and evaluating high impact and engaging training to colleagues across the business, supporting the development of our Analysts and upskilling our Head Office team. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, where you can truly make a difference by equipping Analysts with the required skills and behaviours they'll need to deliver excellence for our clients and support them to reach their full potential. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about developing emerging talent, have experience of working in change and transformation and understand business consultancy. This role will be based from our London Hub 3 days per week. Travel may be required as the role requires a mix of both virtual and face to face delivery across our London and Manchester office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design training content that is impactful and engaging for both virtual and face to face delivery.
  • Deliver training content spanning the end to end employee experience, this includes onboarding, delivering digital & business bootcamps, leadership and management training and delivering skills & behaviours masterclasses.
  • Facilitate 1-2-1 coaching to help upskill individuals on an ad hoc basis.
  • Seek feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning you deliver.
  • Co-ordinate training, including issuing invitations and organizing the appropriate resources and facilities.
  • Support Learning and Development Team inbox queries and attend cross functional meetings aiding query resolution.

  • Facilitating training both virtually and in person for circa 20 delegates.
  • Designing impactful and engaging learning content.
  • Collaborating cross functionally to meet stakeholders needs.
  • Working in a fast paced consultancy environment.
  • Experience of working in change and transformation.

Core Competencies/Knowledge:

  • Project methodology: Agile, Waterfall, Prince2.
  • Project Roles: Business Analyst, Project Management, PMO, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Software Developer, Tester and Data Analysis.
  • Project Types: Digital Transformation, System Implementation, Regulatory, Business Improvement, MI and Reporting.

Other Relevant Knowledge:

  • Information Security, Dev Ops, Architecture and Infrastructure.

Desired Certifications:

  • BCS Business Analysis / P30 / APMG Agile Project Management / PRINCE2 / CompTIA / Product Owner or Scrum Master Certifications.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £60,000
  • 25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service, capped at 30 days.
  • 3 days in central London Office weekly with flexibility to travel to events when required.
  • Pension - 5% employer and 3% Grayce contribution.
