You’ll be trusted to take ownership, bring structure where it’s needed, and ensure senior stakeholders have clear, accurate insight into progress, risks and priorities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies and delivery commitments are clearly understood.
  • Own RAID management, proactively identifying risks and issues and escalating with clarity and confidence.
  • Prepare high‑quality executive packs, papers and progress updates, translating complex delivery detail into clear messages and recommendations.
  • Brief senior stakeholders with strong talk tracks, helping them understand status, decisions required and next steps.
  • Put effective delivery cadence in place, including forums, reporting cycles and governance checkpoints.
  • Highlight issues early, play back impacts and options to senior leaders, and help drive informed decisions.
  • Lead on ad‑hoc tasks and priority activities as they arise, bringing structure in fast‑moving situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality outputs.
  • Strong delivery fundamentals, including planning, RAID, governance and progress tracking.
  • Outstanding communication skills- clear, structured and pragmatic.
