We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing Talent team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting and selecting top talent for the Grayce Graduate Development Programme, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting business and client demand. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and support the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening through to onboarding.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment & Candidate Experience
- Manage the full recruitment process for the Grayce Graduate Development Programme
- Conduct formal interviews and ensure candidate experience is seamless end to end
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey
- Match candidates to suitable assignments and opportunities
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across the business (Sales, HR, Marketing, Product and L&D)
- Support recruitment planning and delivery aligned to business and client demand
- Escalate risks or challenges to Senior Talent Acquisition as needed
- Operations & Process Excellence
- Manage the careers mailbox and calendar
- Maintain consistent quality assurance across all recruitment stages
- Ensure strong knowledge and representation of Grayce recruitment processes
- Understand recruitment goals and contribute to talent strategy
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Identify and flag potential hiring risks early
