Our Accelerated Development Programme offers a structured, fast‑track route into industry. You will gain hands‑on experience working on business transformation initiatives, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and contributing to large‑scale change programmes. You will typically work with one client at a time, delivering meaningful outcomes in a professional, client‑facing environment. Alongside this, you will complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations, with clear progression pathways and salary growth as you develop.

Depending on your strengths and interests, you may progress into roles such as:

  • Finance Consultant: A Finance Consultant plays a key role in helping businesses make informed financial decisions. You would interpret financial data, build models, and generate insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. By analysing performance trends and identifying opportunities for efficiency or growth, you'd be contributing to the financial health and long‑term success of organisations.
  • Business Analyst: As a BA, you’d be responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.
  • Project Manager (PM): This role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. They assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement while gaining experience in project lifecycle management.
