About Grayce: We are change and transformation partners for the world's most ambitious organisations. For over a decade, we've delivered measurable impact by identifying, developing, and deploying high-performing talent across the UK and beyond - turning potential into performance for the businesses that need it most. Joining Grayce means joining a company built on a deeper purpose: championing emerging talent and giving people the platform to build careers, not just complete contracts. Grayce is entering its most exciting chapter yet. We are evolving from a people business into a people plus technology business, and we are about to go to market with a suite of solutions that will change how our clients deliver change and transformation.

This is a genuine inflection point for Grayce, and this role sits right at the centre of it. We’re evolving our team with a Product Lead to help shape what comes next and how it grows.

Role Purpose: This is a rare role. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Grayce across three distinct products, their commercial model, their client rollout, and the ongoing evolution of their features and capabilities. You are the bridge between our clients and our technology team. You understand what clients need, you can articulate it to engineers, and you can go back to the client and explain what we have built and why it matters. You are as comfortable in a sales conversation as you are in a sprint review. This is not a pure engineering role and it is not a pure commercial role. It is both. The role has no direct reports at this stage, but as Grayce scales there is a genuine opportunity to build and lead a product team around it.

Responsibilities: This exciting role spans four key areas:

  • Product ownership
  • Pilot delivery and client rollout
  • Commercial, GTM and client engagement
  • Long-term product lifecycle and continuous improvement

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Own the Grayce transformation product roadmap.
  • Lead initial pilot delivery for Stack client engagements.
  • Define client onboarding and rollout process for each product.
  • Act as the client-facing product expert in sales pursuits and demos.
  • Translate client requirements into product briefs and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product ceremonies.
  • Own product documentation, release notes, and change history.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for active engagements.
  • Support commercial pricing, GTM strategy, and product positioning.
  • Manage ongoing product maintenance and feature development roadmap.
  • Track and report product success metrics: adoption, uplift, client satisfaction.

About you: We are seeking a curious product manager or product leader who has demonstrable experience of owning a product roadmap end to end from requirements through to delivery and client adoption. You will be a natural bridge-builder and be genuinely curious about AI and what it can do for delivery teams.

You’ll bring:

  • Ownership mindset with a pragmatic approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment
  • Ability to work well where an answer is not always clear
  • Familiarity with change and transformation delivery
  • Solid judgment and ability to prioritise
  • Understanding of platform architecture and software products

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience of working with technology or platform products, ideally in a B2B context
  • Experience working directly with clients or customers on product rollout, satisfaction or adoption
  • Experience with AI-native, agentic, or LLM-powered products
  • Experience in a consulting environment and working at the intersection of product and commercial desirable

A genuinely novel product to own at the moment when it matters most. Direct access to the Senior Grayce Team: Chief Executive Office, Chief Product Officer and Head of Technology. The opportunity to shape a product category that does not yet exist in the market. The chance to build and lead a product team. A collaborative team that is moving fast and building something transformational.

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing annually up to 30 days maximum
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Online wellbeing centre offering health and wellbeing hints, facts, tips and exercises
  • Cash Plan – financial cover for optical, dental, therapies and more
  • 3% Employer pension contributions
  • Smart Spending: save as you shop – cashback and discounts at over 900 retailers
