As Sales Development Consultant, you’ll be at the sharp end of our client campaigns. Your job is to open doors, create opportunities, and make sure every lead is worth a client’s time. That means building targeted outreach lists, running smart campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualifying prospects with care and curiosity. But this role is more than “booking meetings.” You’ll understand and articulate each client’s positioning, tone of voice, and case studies. You’ll capture and report clear insights, nurture prospects through to handover, and justify results confidently in client-facing sessions. You’ll integrate with client marketing activity to make outreach part of a broader B2B ecosystem — and experiment with tech and automation (including AI) to keep us ahead of the curve. If you’re hungry, relentless in your pursuit of leads, and thrive on creating real opportunities for clients, this role is for you.
About Us: At Gray Matters, we help founder-led creative and marketing businesses ditch the “growth grind” and build systems that sell. Our clients come to us looking for consistent leads without the referral rollercoaster or the gamble of unproven hires, and leave with sales processes that feel natural and deliver results. We combine sales strategy, creativity, and automation to make business development work. Now we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Consultant to spark new conversations, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
