Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving procurement success by actively engaging stakeholders and cultivating strong, collaborative partnerships.
Your responsibilities will encompass the exciting challenge of sourcing properties for long-term contracts, where you will witness the tangible impact of your efforts on individuals\' lives. You will orchestrate seamless procurement operations that allow for the effective provision of essential services.

Key Responsibilities
A fast-paced sales role that involves travel.
Responding quickly to provide property solutions as part of project management plan.
Develop and project manage all Gray Healthcare property implementation plans end to end to budget and deadline.
Work closely with the clinical assessment team to identify the needs of the service user to source an appropriate property.
Develop a relationship network of private, public and third sector housing providers, such as housing associations.
Proactively nurture relationships with key property stakeholders advocating and promoting the Gray Healthcare model and the mutual benefits of co-working.
Oversee the management of property supply in collaboration with accommodation partners, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations and established standards.
Ensure adherence to organisational values, policies, and ethical standards across all operations.
Monitor and report on performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and disseminate best practices throughout the supply chain.
Promote and uphold a positive health and safety culture within the business.
Ensure that the processes for property handover and sign-off are conducted properly and consistently.
Verify that the business portfolio complies with Local Authority regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
Address daily inquiries from landlords and agents in a timely and professional manner.
Process Local Authority notices in accordance with established procedures to ensure compliance.
Ensure that internal audits are conducted and compliance standards are upheld consistently across the business.
Creating and maintaining a property CRM
Delivering on environmental factors when sourcing property
Lead on set up of housing benefit to ensure income
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience in a sales role
Experience of establishing SLA’s with housing associations/ registered providers
Previous experience working for / with mental health or learning disability
Experience in housing management and working towards SLAs, lease arrangements and tenancy agreements
Health and safety knowledge
Negotiating with Private Landlord
Line management and building a high performing team.
Database / MI
Significant knowledge of all housing related legislation including housing benefits/Universal Credit/Personal
Demonstrated expertise and experience in sourcing and acquiring properties within the current market.
Prepared to initiate activities promptly, with a strong confidence in securing new opportunities.
Proficient in engaging effectively with stakeholders, landlords, and agents.
Skilled in influencing decisions, closing transactions, and securing favourable terms.
Exhibits excellent planning capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and achieve targets.
Functions effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Adept at prioritising tasks in a high-pressure setting.
Possesses a full, valid UK driving license and has access to a personal vehicle
