Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Male Support Worker to support an individual living independently in his own home in Salford. He receives 2:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent male support team working day shifts and sleep shifts. This role is centred on supporting independence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful engagement. The individual enjoys fitness, going to the gym, accessing the community, and football. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as the individual has access to a mobility vehicle.

Working Hours

  • 36‑hour contract
  • 3 × 12‑hour day shifts (8am–8pm)
