About the Role
Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Female Support Worker to support an individual living independently in her own home in Lincoln. She receives 1:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent female support team working day and night shifts. This role focuses on supporting independence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful engagement. The individual enjoys going out in the community, enjoys dancing and spending time with her support staff.
