Male Mental Health Support Worker

About the Role

Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Male Mental Health Support Worker to support an individual living independently in his own home in Burton-on-Trent.

The individual receives a combination of 1:1 and 2:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent male support team working across day shifts.

This role focuses on supporting emotional wellbeing, independence, and meaningful engagement.

The individual enjoys exploring the community, visiting different locations, and listening to music.
