Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Fares Specialist to join our UK based team. You'll be based at one of our UK offices. This role is based on a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 at home) after an initial training period. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Quality check long haul quotes from consultant to client, ensuring best options are included for client and business.
- Switch selling to company preferred suppliers where appropriate.
- Monitor queues to look for any missed opportunities up until departure.
- Coordinate with supplier relations to highlight and promote any promotional or sale fares.
- Deliver staff training on fares and selling skills.
- Assist with queries from consultants on refunds, reissues and pricing.
- Communicate with staff and/or client when lower fares become available.
- Rebook and reticket when appropriate.

- Extensive GDS knowledge and multicurrency PCCs.
- Internal fares and ticketing training.
