We’re looking to hire an experienced Events Coordinator to join our existing team. In this role you will be providing exceptional service to clients on all elements of event management, including venue find, designing and delivering creative proposals. The right candidate would coordinate logistics and deliver seamless end-to-end event management, both in the UK and abroad. This is a hybrid position, you’ll be required to be in the office 3 days a week and homeworking the remainder of the week following completion of your probationary/training period, unless you have events to manage. Flexibility is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support on a portfolio of events managing the day-to-day logistics of numerous events from proposal to delivery and reconciliation
  • Discuss and propose creative event concepts with clients and the team
  • Assist in designing and building client proposals
  • Attend and manage events onsite when required
  • Delegate Management and registration
  • Work with suppliers to provide the very best service at competitive prices
  • Event debrief meetings and reporting
  • Budget management and reconciliation
  • Multitask across a number of projects showing attention to detail
