Student Voice Project Manager – £24.72ph plus hol pay – SE London Start immediately to the end of July 2025 initially Join Us in Strengthening the Student Voice! We are seeking an experienced Student Voice Project Manager to play a key role in developing a new Student Voice Framework at a leading UK University. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to enhance student engagement, shape institutional strategy and ensure that student voices are embedded in decision-making. THE ROLE In collaboration with the Head of Student Success, you will lead the design and implementation of a new Student Voice Framework, ensuring alignment with university priorities. You will oversee student surveys, engagement initiatives and partnership projects with the Students’ Union and academic schools to foster a culture of co-creation. As they undergo a period of transition, you will also support the operationalisation of new strategies, working practices and student engagement structures to ensure effective delivery. Your expertise will shape institutional approaches to student experience and engagement, ensuring best practices are in place. PERSON SPECIFICATION We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and highly organised leader with: ✅ Extensive experience in student engagement, student voice or partnership work within higher education and/or students’ unions. ✅ A strong understanding of the UK higher education sector, particularly challenges related to student success, access and participation. ✅ Proven ability to develop and implement student voice frameworks, surveys and engagement strategies. ✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and leadership teams. ✅ Strong communication and analytical skills, particularly in drafting reports and using student feedback to drive change. ✅ Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ideally within a period of institutional transition. ✅ A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in student engagement.
