Join our client as an Executive Assistant and play a vital role in assisting their Executive Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support to Executive members, including diary management, inbox organisation, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and service meetings, committees, and away days, including AV setup and minute-taking.
- Draft high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing notes for the Executive Team.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
- Manage key projects and ensure timely reporting on outcomes.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and evaluation systems for effective decision-making.
- Liaise with Professional Services teams to monitor budgets and create reports.
- Support high-level partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
