This is the ideal role for an experienced Assessments or Exams Manager who understands the student journey with a particular emphasis on the all important examinations. If you are an experienced Registry professional with a passion for enhancing student experiences and driving operational excellence we would love to hear from you? We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assessments Manager to bring together the team and ensure everything runs like clockwork.. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the administration of undergraduate and postgraduate examinations, examination boards, and transcript issuance. * Lead and support the Registry Operations Team alongside the Head of Registry. * Collaborate across the university to improve student-related data quality, integrity, and reporting. * Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the delivery of student services. * Contribute to enrolment, assessment, and academic support activities while ensuring compliance with GDPR and university policies. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience managing teams in higher or further education. * A driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement in systems and processes. * Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. * A commitment to providing a high-quality student experience. * Proven experience attending exam board meeting.
