Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leisure Zonal Manager (Karting) located in Wandsworth, London. The Leisure Zonal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the karting facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring health and safety compliance, and collaborating with other departments to promote and enhance the Karting, Bowling, Golf, VR, Darts and Pro-Gaming experience. The role also involves driving sales, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
