Role Description
The Events Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and in line with Gravity’s brand and customer experience standards.
Day-to-day tasks include managing event schedules, supervising on-site event staff, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
The Events Operations Manager monitors event performance, manages budgets, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
The role also involves resolving operational issues in real time, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and producing post-event reports to inform future planning.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including experience overseeing day-to-day venue or events operations and implementing efficient processes.
- Proven customer service and communication skills to engage guests, lead teams, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands‑on event planning experience, including coordinating logistics, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships for small and large‑scale events.
