Our client is currently looking for a Store Manager to join the team in their Leeds branch.
Job role:
A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams with excellent customer service and developing business strategies to achieve success in a competitive marketplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing store strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
- Addressing issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Leading by example with high performance and good behaviour
- Performing additional store manager duties as needed
