Our client is looking to recruit a strong store manager to run their Crawley store.

Due to their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Store Manager to run their Crawley store. A background in one of the Electronics / Pawnbroking / Jewellery sectors would be seen as an advantage.
The Role
- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate
- At least 2 years supervisory experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had supervisory experience.
- Retail / Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Understanding of profit and loss
