Our client is looking to bring on board a strong Regional HR Manager to be based from the Stirling/Falkirk region. A great opportunity for a HR Manager with a strong generalist background.

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and dynamic, experienced HR professional to join their team working as a Regional HR Manager supporting multiple venues based across Scotland and some sites in the Cumbria/Lakes area. As the Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting venues with a range of HR and ER issues across the region, working specifically with Regional, Area and Site Managers. You will be the first point of contact and will lead on high volume employee related issues. You will lead on complex cases up to and including absence management, grievances, appeals, dismissals, and tribunals. In addition to this you will work with Site & Area Managers with regards to recruitment gaps. You will deliver face to face training workshops to support with the up skilling and development of our employees. There will be opportunity to work alongside the Senior Management Team on key projects.
