The role of Assistant Venue Manager involves supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of a venue and acting as the venue manager in their absence. This includes closely communicating with the area management team to ensure the venue meets high professional standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue is meeting its KPIs.
- Delegating and supporting staff in their daily tasks.
- Encouraging and driving business during peak times and tournament days.
- Key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue.
- Delivering excellent customer service and promoting offers, promotions, and events.
