The Opportunity
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the restaurant. What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional with the leadership skills, commercial awareness, and passion to deliver consistently high standards. You will have:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant or hospitality environment.
- A proven track record of successfully leading busy, high-volume operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
- A passion for delivering exceptional food, drink, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
