Regional Manager - Warwickshire
Our client are an expanding and highly successful Multi Department Retail brand and market leader in their sector.
As a result of their continued growth they now require an exception Area / Regional / District Manager to join the team in the Warwickshire Area
The Role
- You will responsible for the commercial and operational performance of a number of large footprint Retail Stores in the Warwickshire/South Midlands Area
- Ensure service, standards and commercial KPI's are being achieved and exceeding budgeted targets.
- You will need to be close to your Store Teams in a retail sector with a complex inventory and product mix that requires high levels of operational compliance.
- Lead and develop your store teams to upskill and create and effective talent pool for expansion.
- Accountable for all stores P&L and for reviewing/developing business plans with your team and your area, to be delivered at senior level.
The Person
- You must have extensive retail multi site experience gained from within a large, fast paced, large footprint sector. Multi department would be highly advantageous.
- Drive and hands on Manager, you will excel at being present in your stores and developing the teams and the business.
- Experience and accountability for managing full P&L's
- Resilient and flexible in your approach to managing in a fast changing business with high levels of change.
