They are now looking to recruit a Store Manager in Clapham to join the team.
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing a busy high street location with a small but highly experienced team of colleagues.
- Delivering the best service to your customers is absolutely critical in this role. Your customers will expect a journey and expert knowledge all served with a smile.
- Effective managing of payroll and costs alongside driving KPI's and commercial targets to deliver a profitable Store.
- Inventory and stock control with high levels of security control are critical in this role.
- Creating a friendly and welcoming place to work and for your customers to shop.
The Person
- This role will suit a Retail candidate with experience in managing teams in a high street environment. Candidates must have at least 12 months experience of managing teams in a retail setting.
- Ideal backgrounds would be Luxury, Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Jewellery, Tech products or very similar backgrounds where an interactive customer environment is present.
- Keen eye for detail when it comes to visual merchandising and store standards.
- Proven track record of exceptional service.
