Our client is one of the largest retailers in the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Designer to join their team in a high performing Flagship Store in Liverpool.
The Role: Delivering an exceptional customer journey, providing the best solutions through your expert knowledge and sound fact finding. From the initial meet and greet to the designing to the installation, your role is to support your customers and ensure their purchase is one they enjoy the process of choosing and creating. You will be flexible to visit customers sometimes at their own homes in order to bring the designs to life. This may on occasion require evening/weekend visits. Supporting the wider store team to ensure the showroom looks its best at all times.
The Person: This role is a new position and therefore it is essential that the candidate has experience with Kitchens and has worked in a showroom environment. Passionate about delivering customer service and the best customer journey in a competitive market. You will enjoy sales and thrive in a highly commission led environment. Going above and beyond to support your customers and maximise your earning potential.
The Package: Competitive basic salary + Excellent OTE.
