Our client is expanding so it's a great time to join them. An established household name across the UK, the future is very exciting for this brand. As a result of internal promotions, our client is now seeking a Store Manager in Glasgow.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set operational objectives and performance standards by owning and developing a store plan to deliver a safe, legal and high-performing business.
  • Translate and role model customer service expectations into activity to ensure that the team deliver an exceptional customer experience setting them apart from their competitors.
  • Own and deliver a succession plan to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of the business through our people.
  • Identify business opportunities and deliver performance across all operational KPIs to optimise profit.
  • Manage a large complex retail operation across a variety of departments and products.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Store Management experience within a fast-paced retail operation with large teams and big footprint is essential for this role.
  • Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and business planning skills.
  • Committed to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Adept at communicating and influencing at all levels.

Package: Up to £42,000 + Exceptional OTE (Circa 10k+)
