The Role
Help lead a team of outstanding store colleagues, who provide essential services to their local communities. Ensure the smooth running of daily processes and help the business to grow.
About You
- Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role
- Have excellent relationship building skills
- A drive to mentor and support your colleagues
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
- Be flexible Saturday working will be required
