Our client is looking to recruit a strong store manager to run their Crawley store.

An amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that is the UK's leading buying and selling retailer and pawnbroker. Due to their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Store Manager to run their Crawley unit. A background in one of the Electronics / Pawnbroking / Jewellery sectors would be seen as an advantage.

The Role:

  • Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
  • Dealing with store issues such as queries and complaints
  • Drive and motivate your team
  • Interviewing and recruiting new staff
  • Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
  • Organising rotas and holidays

The Candidate:

  • At least 2 years supervisory experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had supervisory experience.
  • Retail/ Customer Service experience
  • Continuity in employment
  • Understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
  • Understanding of KPI's
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills
