The Role

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful operation of your restaurant, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive commercial performance, and inspire a high-performing team. You'll have complete ownership of your business, overseeing all aspects of people management, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards across every area of the operation.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium branded environment. You will have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant or hospitality business.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume operations and leading large, successful teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales performance.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food, service, and guest experiences.
  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • The ability to motivate, engage, and inspire teams to consistently deliver excellent results.
