Our client is looking to recruit a strong Store Manager to run their Banbury store. An amazing opportunity to be a part of a company that is the UK's leading buying and selling retailer and pawnbroker. Due to their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Store Manager to run their Banbury unit.
The Role:
- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate:
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Retail/ Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
- Understanding of KPI's
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
