Our client based in the North West is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. Ideally we are looking for Sales Managers from the telecoms, fixed-line, cloud, broadband or VOIP background.
Job Description:
To create opportunities within the existing customer base and by developing relationships with new prospects. To manage opportunities from qualification to proposal and close. This engagement will be via the phone as well as virtual meetings and site visits where appropriate. The overall responsibility of the role is to learn more about each client's business in a consultative manner so you can recommend the right solution and obtain the information for contractual renewal dates of prospective services to be acquired.
Main Duties:
- Build a pipeline for success in line with the agreed KPI framework through self-generation of opportunities for current sales and by recording information relating to future sales opportunities; including identifying products and services and understanding and recording contractual renewal dates.
- Generate and organise qualified appointments for the consultation and sale of portfolio products.
- Ensure that all KPI measurements are achieved on a monthly basis.
- Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline. Regularly update the data held within the CRM system regarding the current contact and communications with each client.
- Report on the successes and results of customer and prospect engagement through the CRM.
- Keep up to date with product offerings, supplier terms; SLAs; using that knowledge as a sales tool within prospecting.
- Work with approved referral networking groups and become the go-to person for any opportunities arising from such engagements.
- Source, consult on, propose and close business with a focus on generating leads for the business revenue.
Salary: £28,000 base + Package + Bonus (OTE £40K+)
