Our client is a sector leading retail brand with stores across the UK. As a result of their strong trading growth, they now seek to recruit a Regional Manager to look after a number of sites in the West and NW London area. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Area / Regional / Divisional Manager to make a move into a career role with a client that seeks to bring in the right person for a long-term objective and offers a stable career path.

The Role:

  • Reporting into Operations Director and the board, the principal objective of the Regional Manager is to continually grow the business and the profitability of each store within the region to achieve its full potential and the company’s vision for the region.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales, debt, cost and profit performance targets for each store within the region.
  • Responsible for the region’s P&L.
