Our client is a rapidly growing hospitality business with an aggressive expansion plan over the next 5 years. As part of their growing business, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced HRBP / HR Manager to be based in the field supporting the Stores and Regional teams. The role is both strategic and hands-on, with the right candidate looking to grow with the business and not afraid to get involved as this start-up evolves.

The Role

  • Supporting the Store and field teams with the day-to-day HR function.
  • Responsible for helping to develop the ongoing HR policies and implementing them across the business.
  • Field-based role supporting a large geographical area with regular meetings at Head Office in Norwich.
  • Upskilling and developing the leaders and key stakeholders, providing advice and ongoing training on delivering the best HR function across the business.
  • Delivering a market-leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategy and rolling this out across the estate.

The Person

  • Candidates will need to come from a Retail or Hospitality background to be considered for this role.
  • Comfortable in both creating policy and executing it. Initially, there will not be teams of Admin or Advisors, but this is something you will help to grow over the coming months/years.
  • Happy in a fast-paced, complex setup and has full experience of dealing with all HR/ER/Recruitment related policy.
  • Ideally, candidates will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 5 or have a similar qualification. However, those with the right level of experience should also be invited to apply.

C.£40-50k Basic + Package and bonus.
