Job Description
Gravity Personnel are currently recruiting for Warehouse Administrators to join our client based in Didcot .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering stable, full-time hours on a temp to perm basis.
Key
Responsibilities: Processing orders and updating warehouse management systems.
Producing delivery notes, labels and shipping documentation.
Liaising with warehouse operatives, drivers and transport teams.
Booking deliveries and coordinating stock movements.
Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
Responding to emails and telephone enquiries.
General administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Candidate: Previous administration experience within a warehouse or logistics environment Warehouse experience Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.
