We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our Client based in Ashford, Kent. This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting and running CNC machines
- Monitoring production and maintaining quality standards
- Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM/Nights)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Week 3: 10:00pm - 6:00am
