We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our busy client in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products according to specified instructions and quality standards
  • Use hand tools and power tools to carry out assembly tasks effectively
  • Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies and rectify as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station to promote safety and efficiency
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during operations
  • Assist with inventory management by accurately recording parts used and completed units
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is desirable
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
