We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Basingstoke for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their established warehouse team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Picking and processing daily inbound and outbound orders
- Preparing goods for delivery throughout the UK and across Europe
- Accurately updating records using the in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) (full training provided)
- Working collaboratively as part of an established warehouse team
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience required (ideally 1-2 years)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills
- Reliable with a proactive work ethic
