ABOUT THE ROLE

A BRIEF SUMMARY

Reporting to the Equipment Resource Manager, the Resources Coordinator – Cameras/Vision will play a vital role within a busy and business critical resources department, ensuring all jobs are sufficiently and efficiently supplied with Camera and Vision equipment as per Production requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Scheduling of the equipment allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of stock equipment
  • Hiring of equipment from rental companies for any shortfall, raising purchase orders and signing off invoices as required
  • Work closely with Production, Unit Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure work is adequately resourced
  • Ensure all cross load allocations and logistics are planned in advance with the respective departments and required parties are aware of what needs to be achieved
  • Ensure the communication pathway between Resources and Base Operations is clear and effective.
