We are seeking a CRM Solutions Specialist to design, configure, and optimize CRM solutions that support business operations and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM platforms, business process improvement, system integrations, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Support system integrations, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide end-user training.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows and user adoption.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with CRM configuration, reporting, and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
