Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall test strategy for AI and data‑driven solutions across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites in Python using Selenium, PyTest, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code quality.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and AI validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on AI or data‑driven applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium, and PyTest for test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and test reporting.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and data validation techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
