Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Data & AI solutions, from data strategy to model deployment, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Design scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using cloud services (AWS, GCP) and modern data modeling techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate ML models into production‑ready services, selecting appropriate frameworks and deployment patterns.
- Guide clients on best practices for data governance, security, and compliance across the data lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or AI consulting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple client engagements.
