Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product design vision for AI‑powered risk intelligence solutions, from concept through delivery.
- Craft high‑fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis to validate design decisions and iterate rapidly.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI‑focused products.
- Expert proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes, design systems, and user‑centered solutions.
- Deep understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and translating insights into design artifacts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
