FDM Group is seeking a Principal Conversational AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This role focuses on leveraging advanced AI technologies to build sophisticated conversational agents and automated solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven products that solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven conversational agents and automation solutions using Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Prepare datasets and build robust machine learning pipelines.
- Ensure the security and protection of sensitive data in all AI applications.
- Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning, data science, and applied AI.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Experience building chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-driven automation.
- Solid programming skills with Python.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus.
- Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices.
- Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices, especially when working with sensitive or regulated data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
