Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payment services.
- Champion best practices in software development, code quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering management or technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, financial technologies, and related compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management.
