Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust portfolio insight framework to monitor delivery performance, capacity, risk, and overall health across healthcare and social care projects.
- Transform complex, imperfect data into structured models and actionable dashboards using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate analytical findings into strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timely delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on data governance, security, and compliance within the healthcare domain.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in healthcare or social care environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong data modeling, statistical analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and secure data handling in healthcare settings.
