Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops, interviewing stakeholders to capture detailed business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Own the full project lifecycle from inception through testing and go‑live, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Tableau to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data engineering, product, and operations) to align solutions with technical constraints and business goals.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and recommending enhancements to data processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a data‑centric environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, delivering incremental value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working model and adapt to changing priorities.
