Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy for personalization across the gaming product suite, aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Architect, prototype, and scale recommendation and decision‑making models that drive dynamic, real‑time customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate AI concepts into production‑ready services on AWS.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary AI team, fostering best practices in model development, testing, and monitoring.
- Identify high‑impact AI opportunities, prioritize the backlog, and measure outcomes against key business metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine‑learning models, preferably in recommendation or personalization domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS services for data processing and model serving.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with large‑scale data pipelines, feature engineering, and performance monitoring in production environments.
