Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of technical programs for the Futures & Options Clearing Trade Processing Team.
- Translate detailed business requirements into actionable technical specifications for software developers.
- Act as the primary liaison between product owners, operations, and engineering to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Apply advanced data analytics to uncover process improvements and optimize clearing platform performance.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops, facilitating solution design and risk assessment.

- Proven experience in technical program management within a financial clearing or trading environment.
